Terms and Conditions

  • Opening order minimum: $150.00
    Reorder minimum: $100.00

  • We accept credit card payments via our invoicing system. Payments are processed at the time of shipment.

  • All shipping costs are charged at time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. Orders ship via UPS or USPS.

    I am not responsible for any carrier delays.

  • Orders typically ship in 7-10 business days, but turn around times may vary.

  • Please submit any cancellations or changes to your order by phone or email within 24 hours of placing the order.

    All sales are final and can not be returned once products have shipped. I accept exchanges for damaged products. Claims must be made via email within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. Please email me at kay@kaywolfersperger.com.

  • Products must be sold in original packaging. Products may not be repackaged or rebranded. Products can not be sold on any third party websites (Amazon or Etsy) 

  • Due to the handmade nature of my products, slight variations are to be expected.

  • For social media and online listings, please credit Kay Wolfersperger as the maker and tag me at @kaywolfersperger on all social platforms

  • To process transactions your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

    How we protect your information
    We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order.

    Security Policy
    Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
